The BESS test option is for customers who are interested in knowing exactly how sharp there knives were when they were dropped off and how sharp they are after sharpening. The cost of BESS testing is $2 per knife.

We pride ourselves in providing a great service and accurate results. That being said we do not think that having your knives BESS tested is necessary. Knives that are not BESS tested are examined using standard paper cutting tests.
